Dystonia is a rare disorder that affects the muscles of a person in different ways. In most cases, the disease causes abnormalities in posture and muscle function. Dystonia can affect just one muscle, a group of muscles or all of your muscles. Symptoms can include tremors, voice problems or a dragging foot. Symptoms often start in childhood. They can also start in the late teens or early adulthood. Some cases worsen over time. Others are mild.

So you can see that this disorder is very dangerous to the person who has it.

In some cases, conditions due to a lack of certain nutrients, such as iron deficiency anemia and zinc deficiency, may trigger the unusual cravings. Pica may also occur in adults who crave a certain texture in their mouth.

Progeria is a rare condition that is remarkable because its symptoms strongly resemble normal human aging, but occur in young children. The disease is a very rare one as about 50 people in the world today surviving with this disease.

It is a parasitic disease that is cause by worms which are usually carried by female carrier mosquitoes. The mosquitoes inject the larva into a person’s skin and they reside in the bodies of their hosts sometimes for years before they are discovered. Random infections occur on people affected with this disease and it is fairly common in places which have a lot of mosquitoes. Most common effects of the disease include an abnormal enlargement of hands, feet and other extended parts of the body.In many cases, symptoms of elephantiasis do not appear until years after infection. As the parasites accumulate in the blood vessels, they can restrict circulation and cause fluid to build up in surrounding tissues.
